Volunteers Needed

The Young Lawyer's Division, with the support of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Mayor’s Office, and working with Community Legal Services, is planning an expungement clinic for Nov. 12th – the date that the new Clean Slate Bill takes effect.   The clinics are planned to be in neighborhoods that would most benefit from such an initiative and the YLD is seeking Spanish-speaking attorneys to volunteer for this event.  The HBA also can assist by providing translation assistance for the clinic's pre-screening documents.
