The HBA Legal Education Fund is now accepting applications for our 2018 scholarships to be awarded at our annual gala on October 17th.  All applications, with attachments, must be submitted electronically via email to PAHBANEWS@GMAIL.COM on or before 11:59 PM, Sunday, September 23, 2018, to ensure consideration.
